License

jWebSolution grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products and services sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") used by our company.

Limited Use Granted

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You must purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design. You should be aware that custom templates might be released at a future time with appropriate modifications to keep the uniqueness of your project.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release these modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file or the footer of any jWebSolution template.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from jWebSolution.  Please contact us if you require more clarification.

Updates

All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.

Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from jWebSolution. 

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of jWebSolution. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to jWebSolution.com on the template/website (generally located in the footer area) . Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing from our site.  jWebSolution will provide whatever support required prior to purchase. 

Warranty

jWebSolution does not warranty or guarantee templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that jWebSolution templates will work with all browser combinations.

Support

jWebSolution offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. If you require additional support for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc, please visit the Site Development section of jWebSolution where this type of support can be purchased.
