How to obtain technical support from jWebSolution?

IMPORTANT!  There are many reasons one of our customers will require technical support, and jWebSolution is here to support our customers in any way possible.  If you feel you have discovered a bug, or require instillation support, we will help.  Sometimes it may be difficult to determine what your problem is, so if you're unfamilliar with viewing and editing code, the best thing to do is ask before trying to fix it.  We encourage you to first search for possible solutions at the various Joomla support forums.  There are often many problems already identified, with a quick and easy solution you may implement; however, if you can't find the solution, we will be happy to evaluate your issue in order to provide a solution.  Often times a simple CSS edit will solve your problem.  If you are utilizing third party components and plug-ins, these could also lead to issues requiring adjustment.
